Much Against Everyone's Advice - the Japanese versions

At the time of writing, Dave and Steph are in Japan where they did a 2manydjs set at Fujirock on July 27, 2024.

Earlier this week I recieved a package from Japan, containing this 2001 Japanese version of the second Soulwax album ‘Much Against Everyone’s Advice‘. As you probably know I am quite a completist when it comes to the Dewaeles’ discography and for over twenty years I always thought that the Japanese release – on the Maximum 10 / AVEX label (AVCM 65065) was this green version:

So I was really surprised to find out there was also this ‘blue edition’ with the regular cover of the album and a blue OBI strip. It has the exact same tracklisting as the ‘green edition’, same catalogue number, same tracklisting and same Japanese lyric sheet.

The only difference is that the green one has a crystal clear CD case with this badly photoshopped picture of the band behind the CD:
