When Soulwax played the Coachella festival in 2008 Californian ‘premium cannabis provider’ Pure Beauty had an idea. The band was playing on April 20, or 4/20 in US date form, which is also a day of cannabis-related celebrations because 4/20 is also slang for marihuana.
Pure beauty made a limited 5 pack whole flower cannabis cigarettes and 3.5 gram jars.
A mentol version, with green packaging, was released in 2022.
Luckely some of these got all the way to Belgium, and I was given a pack and a jar for my archive.
